We’re Victoria and Tatiana—two women who built our careers from the ground up and learned how to navigate some of the world’s most competitive companies.
Victoria is an organizational development leader and career coach who has held roles at Amazon, Uber, Meta, and Visa. She arrived in the U.S. with no American work experience and no professional network and over time, she learned how to stand out, interview with confidence, and grow into senior leadership.
Having been on both sides of the interview table, she now helps others crack the code she once had to figure out alone.
Tatiana is a manager in a famous tech firm who has conducted more than 200 interviews and coached countless candidates to success. With experience in Big Five tech, she knows exactly what recruiters look for, how decisions are made, and what makes a candidate shine.
